About Your Trainer

Daniel Kraft

I specialise in:

  1. Running and cycling performance

  2. Fight strength training & pad-work (Boxing, MMA, Martial Arts)

  3. Climbing & flexible strength

  4. Athletic sports strength and performance

  5. Posture issue rehabilitation and weight loss

I can help improve your sport performance!

Did you used to be strong, flexible and capable?

Do you now have a desk based career?

From experience, office work can be very sedentary leading to poor food choices, posture issues, joint issues and weight gain. After personally battling these issues I have dedicated myself towards helping others reclaim their strength and athleticism, improve their posture and ‘range of motion’.

I believe in training people to their individual capabilities rather that a “cookie cutter” approach, but hard work what every your level creates results. You can’t achieve a goal without getting out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself! So my sessions won’t be easy but I can provide the support and accountability you need to help build your confidence, develop functional fitness and achieve your physical goal(s).

My Story

From a young age sports, competition, fitness and learning new methods to improve have always been a part of my life, so in 2013 when I became overweight due to working in an office for long hours, I was quickly re-inspired back to the Gym.

My ambition grew from simply losing weight to becoming fitter than I have ever been and learning all I could about the fitness industry, which became a lifeline for my strength of mind as I progressed through a corporate career I struggled to enjoy. Throughout this time I learnt a lot about the industry and involved myself in various training modalities including running, martial arts, football, calisthenics, Strong Man style training, Olympic lifting, mountain biking, swimming and others.

After sharing my skills with interested passers-by, friends and family, and by helping them to achieve their goals, I was encouraged towards a career change. I decided to enrol in a Personal Training Level 3 Diploma to officially make the transition and as of 2021 my Personal Training business Number 1 Athlete has been officially active. I have seen first-hand the value of physical and mental improvement through fitness and learning and am excited to pass on my passion.
